Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations have to be made 10 days before arrival date.

• Cancellation during the 9 days before arrival are fully charged.

• Cancellations need to be confirmed by email, not over the phone.

• No refunds for no shows, late arrivals or early departures .

• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• A fee of $50.00 will be applied for lost or damaged room/entrance key.

• One night deposit will be charged anytime after the reservation.

• Non-Refundable rates will be charged within 24 hours of reservation
